DSO Zero

Product

Audit, queue, then Autopilot — still your send.

Three surfaces. The audit explains the book. The queue is the daily work. Autopilot only refreshes that work under rules you can turn off. None of them contact your customers.

  • Not a collections agency
  • No debtor contact by DSO Zero
  • No contingency or percentage fees
  • No recovery or DSO guarantees
  • You own send and money decisions

01 — AR Recovery Audit

A scoped read, not a chase.

You authorize read access. We return findings, a ranked queue, and drafts. The fee is quoted before work and is not a percentage of cash. The audit ends with artifacts your controller can forward. It does not end with us emailing your accounts.

  • Findings memo
  • Prioritized queue
  • Drafts awaiting your send

02 — Next-action queue

One list. A draft beside it.

Columns your AR lead already uses: customer, amount, age bucket, why this row is next, suggested action, status, owner. Open the row for payment history, the rationale, and the draft. Bulk send is not a feature.

The homepage shows this surface with synthetic books for Sample MSP A. The sample workspace is interactive.

03 — AR Autopilot (client-controlled)

Optional. Reversible. Unable to send.

Autopilot keeps the queue current after the audit. It is off until you enable it. Four groups of settings — eligibility, cadence, channels, guardrails — replace a wall of toggles. Human approval stays on. There is no control that lets DSO Zero contact a debtor.

Eligibility

Minimum amount, aging buckets, disputes, unapplied cash.

Cadence

Days between suggested touches. A cap so a customer is not drafted daily.

Channels

Email drafts, PSA notes, or SMS drafts. All of them wait for you.

Guardrails

You send. You decide money. Disputes and covered credits stay suppressed.
